Odd Electrical Issue

Indicators and this wire from the forward bulkhead

I have 1 electrical problem and another involving a wierd set of wires.

Indicators.

my hazard warning lights work fine when the switch on the dash is pressed, my problem occurs when i use the indicators right or left, nothing happens, neither front or rear light up, but what is odd is when the indicator stalk is off, the indicator lamp of the dash glows a little, like there is low power to the bulb. Any idea's how i can get these indicators to work ?

Odd Wires.

Does anyone have these two wires that come out of a rubber grommet on the bulkhead on the passenger side ( black and brown ), the length is about 40 cm, where do these connect to ?

if its a later cabby those wires may be for the heated washer jets, pics?

Relay 21 was only working on Hazards but not on indicators. replaced relay 21 from seller I trust on the bay. All working now.
