Hi Guys

I hope you can help me out on a couple of issues on my 1983 1.8 GTI.

I have almost everything working OK except the oil temp and outside air temp.

Oil temp, where is the sensor located and what colour is the wire in the engine bay?

Air temp I do not have the sensor but also I do not know what colour are the wires. Can someone help me out with this info?

oil temp is green/black, its on the oil filter housing. if you earth the wire it should shoot up to full, iirc 150 degrees?

air temp is 2 pin red/white and blue/white or brown/white, you'll find it on the driver side and wiring runs with the headlight loom. the bracket for it is on the bumper skin so often gets ruined when people forget to unplug when pulling off the bumper.
