indicators not working on my 1989 mk1 golf cab gti

help please guys,
ive got a 1989 mk1 cab, my indicators aint working, the light on my dash is on dim (not flashing) when engine is running and when you indicate, the light on the dash goes brighter but does not flash still. the all the indicators around the car do not work at all

any help guys?

Does anything happen when you use the hazard warning switch?

Dodgy relay I found out its my fuseboard playing up just wiggled my relay and worked fine  :dry:

check fuse 19 , and make sure the blue/black wire to hazard switch hasnt fallen off the back
