help...... fusebox

help………. ive had water leaking in on the fusebox so car not starting at all or she cuts straight out when driving.  i havent a clue how to do the fuses or fusebox but wondered if anyone knows a good auto electrician ??? im near wakefield area.   any help appreciated pleaae.
