Hazards/indicators working and not... Please help.

Hi guys.

Right, re wiring my car,  everything pluged in.  Hazards work, but only when the ignition is off.  Turn it on and hazards go off.  No noise from relay, or any sign of life.   Try the indicators from the stalk and nothing.  Turn the ignition off and hazards work again.

Any1 ever had this before?

check fuse 19 if its later blade fusebox, and blue/black wire to back of hazard switch. failign that a case of check your earths and stalk wiring for damage
