fuel and temp gauge problem confused

Hi im having a problem with my gauges, the fuel gauge was normal then started going up intermittently and then started going to 3/4 and when i put 10 ltrs in it went to full and doesnt move theres no full tank in it lol. And also my temp gauge is not working at all, ive already changed voltage reg , my pcb has seen better days soi put a new feed black wire to reg then a new wire to both gauges in question and it worked till other day now one is dead and other overactive, at engine there is no voltage when testing the temp wire earthed, frustrating.
