Electrics
Basically the heater and window wipers do not work aswell as the radio, all the relays have power and have been replaced. I just need someone to magbe rewire them and solve the problem

Grounds, and a bad install of the Radio.
Buy a Bentley, learn to read the wiring diagrams and you will eventually know more than the folks you are trying to get to repair your ride.
The hardest thing is getting to the parts that are bad.
The heater blower has been known to have burned ground connections on the molex connector from the motor plug on the left side of the heater box.
