Front Cabriolet Seat Foam

Right, does anyone know where I can get the foam for the front seats to replace mine out of my 1989 mk1 cabriolet? Was taking off the upholstery to change it and the foam is absolutely shredded so am looking to replace it. Cant seem to find any anywhere. Cheers

if it helps mk2 golf GTI pre-90 foams are the same, as are g40 shape polo GT/G40 :)
