Rust bubble below windscreen rubber and rear window rubber

I have got a couple of rust bubbles coming up on my car, one under the windscreen rubber and one under the rubber in the rear any one have any advice inbwhat to do and best thing to do cheers guys

Hi Jamie, the first thing I would do if it was mine is take the windows out and investigate properly. If there is rust bubbles present there's definitely some work required. If you are lucky you may be able to clean it back to clean metal and treat with some rust converter. Worst case scenario would be to cut out the rot and weld some fresh metal in there, either way the glass has to come out!!

p.s can you take some pictures for us to look at?
