Hello all,
My vehicle didn't have plastic sill trims as it had an awful aftermarket kit fitted to it. I have asked the bodyshop to remove the rivet holes that aren't required anymore but I fear I may have made a mistake.
Can anyone advise how the sill trims fix (carpet to sill) to the sill?
Thanks all.

Thanks Raul, that's exactly what I was hoping to hear. The 2 holes in mt sill threw me a little.

There were 2 styles of clips used for the sill cover.
One had the finger edge to hold the carpet down

And the normal sill clips

There where usually 2 of the carpet clips and 4 of the other per side.
The carpet clips were fastened to the carpet and over the sill and would remain when the sill cover was removed.
Where as the sill clips were inserted in the sill and came up with the sill cover when removed.
