Seat problems

My seats seem to be running through the guides metal to metal (not a pleasant sound) does any one know where I can get plastic grommets or whatever it is I need to stop this ?   

I got these ones off ebay, not gen so took a little effort to get on with file and hammer but as a result fit really tight so don't come off and slide well
