Hood advice please

sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum, I wasn't too sure where to go.

Anyway…….

I'm looking to buy an early cab - the good ones always seem to need a new hood (not so good I hear you say!) - what I'm wondering is how much a new hood costs - and to fit?

Can anyone give me a bit of insight?

Just got a quote from them mate, you're looking at ?380.00 for a mohair inc ?20.00 call out fee.

there is a place in chessington that will do a mohair hood and inner hood lining fitted ?650 inc cables

Mine's coming to be fitted on Saturday morning.
