Floor sound deadening pads

I have removed the old sound deadening from the floor of my car and would like some advice on what to put down instead. There are loads of different kinds on heritage and eBay but I don't really know what is best to get. Obviously the more I spend the better the quality but has anyone found a mind ranged version that is better value for money? Or am I best just buying the dearest stuff from heritage?

Also how many square metres (or equivalent) will I need?

Looks good John. Did you have to use adhesive to stick it all down?

no need for adhesive for the stuff that sits in the footwells and the lower bulkhead behind the pedals, the lower pieces are held in place with gravity and/or the upper carpet or in the case of the lower bulkhead piece this has an assortment of clips that secures it.

There are a couple bits that stick on the inside of the a pillars plus up top around the dash bar thing, for that a high temp contact adhesive is what you need, either spray on or brush on
