Hi,
I'm about to get a professional in to fit my windscreen, post my cabby being resprayed.
Do I need to fit the chrome trim surrond at the same time as the windscren, or can it be doen retrospectively?
Also, do I need to buy th £34 tool from Heritage to fit the trim, or can I 'thumb it in?'
Thanks in advance.
Jay

Is the trim you are fitted the bendy plastic "chrome" looking type trim or the ridged metal chrome type fitted the early cars?

The guy who fitted my windscreen and chrome trim had his own tool, fitted both for £40 in my garage.
Call up and check is the best bet.
