Can I change rear lapbelts for Diagonal ones?

Yes crazy quiff does a bolt in kit for the cabby.
US spec cars were fitted with full belts. However you'd need to get hold of a US cabby and get them to cut out the various bits, ship them over then for you to weld them into yours.
