Bodywork Advice

Hello! It's been ages since I've posted anything here, and wondered if anyone here could offer some advice.

I've had my cabby now since 2009, and sadly, her rust bubbles are getting worse. I've recently moved to Suffolk, and wondered if anyone here could recommend someone in the area that could take a look at the motor and sort the rust out. 

I had taken it to someone in Sussex that had a good reputation, and he ended up leaving my car to grow green moss over it, so I'm keen to get it to someone who'll take great care of it. 

Any advice would be much appreciated!
