Hi,
I have the original plastic pipe between the air box and inlet manifold. It seems to be to short. How have you solved this issue?

I have made brackets out of sheet metal which is attached to the bottom part of the air box and on to the car near by..

Can you re-do those brackets? Its been a while, but I think I cut a slot in the base of the airbox so it sat on the chassis rail, then assembled everything, then made the bracket to secure the airbox to car.

I had the same plan basiclly but found that if everthing was connected the air box sat to high up and end up hitting the bonnet.
The issue is the inner left corner of the air box and the wheel well. If I cut of more of the air box there won't be any room for the air filter.
