Idle Air Control Valve - advise on a replacement

I think my IAC valve is busted, been having idle issues lately and when i disconnect it it runs fine.

Im looking to replace it but there are so many out there Im not sure whats quality and whats not. The price range is anything from  £35 to £400! 99% of them look like referbs with a new solenoid bonded on but whats  the best one to go for?

Most sellers offer money back guarantees but im still reluctant to fork out £100+ on one without knowing it will work.

Anyone on here manage to get one that works? Im only looking for happy storys as all I hear is people getting ones that don’t work.

Im so sick of this idling issue, part of the reason I went for the ABF was for reliable running but its turning out to be every bit as erratic as the KR…..

 

I'd only buy genuine units, id rather a 2nd hand genner to a pattern new one! keep shopping, the ABF are particularly fussy about the ISV I tried 4 before I found one it was happy with. later kr ones are the same as abf if its any help! (the bulky design rather than the thinner design, you'll see what I mean)
