Hi
I am fairly new to the mk1 scene and bought myself a mk1 cab 1993 about 6 weeks ago now.
My front suspension was shot so I bought myself some ta technics to run for about 6 months until I can afford a better set. I fitted new top mounts and coil overs yesterday. But now the front tyres at rubbing on the springs. I am running 14inch 6j p slots - so I wouldn't have thought this would have happened.
As anyone had the same issue?
Cheers

Yep had the same on almost all coilovers when you try to get low , major design flaw ! the adjusting platforms are to big , as borednow says put a spacer or adjust camber mate

Beans, exactly what borednow says…besides, the offset on the 6j wheels isn't the best, so space nd raise…

Thanks guys. I have put 5mm spacers on the wheels and raised the suspension slightly and it has solved the issue. Thanks.
