It looks your rear mount is on the wrong side of the diff casing - try swapping it to the other side.
gearbox mount should have an UP arrow on it - you want the sleeved piece on the lower half of the mount - that looks fine.

To Keep the Engine side mount a little more stable, and when the mount goes the Engine will stay in Position…..
Cut a hunk of rubber out of the old and insert it in the top of the new.
Or you can use a Sacrificial Socket ie: 5mm in it as well.
On large Pot holes the Socket prevents the mount from bottoming out and possibly breaking.
