Insurance on my Mk1 Golf GL ?????

Hi new to the forum, just wanted to ask where is best to look for insurance.
Im 22 and next week will be the owner of a mk1 golf gl 1.5, looking maybe toward classic insurance as i hear it is alot cheaper.
If anyone could maybe give me companys best to call for quotes that would be great!

If you look at the left hand side there are 2 or 3 to be getting on with.

I got my cabby when I was 21 and classic insurers wouldn't touch me, a lot say you need to be 25. I found the best deal was with Tesco Insurance as I got a massive discount for using my club card

I'm 30 and insure my 1.6 gl cabby with Adrian flux. Had license 2 years. No ncb, only car I use. Its garage 4k miles restriction and on classic insurance for a very reasonable £655 per year…. underwriter is highway/Liverpool victoria . Hope that. Helps =)
