will a filter off a mk2 polo coupe fit mine?

exactley what it says on the tin will the kn filter sum geez on poloforums got fit my driver 1.3??

I've got a Polo 1.3 SPi engine with the pancake filter. The base is from the Polo, the lid is from the Golf and they go together fine.

hmmm sounds like a plan and a buy then? iv also had a thought about can you hybrid two engines, i.e. the bottom end of a 1.3 with a top end inlet and manifold of a 1600?? trying to think of different ideas? i want more horses but will it work?
