Hi, it's me selling the servo mate if it's the one on eBay, I bought it 3 weeks ago for my gti not realising it was an 8".
It was from a guy with a glx that he was doing up but sold it before completion.

Cheers Chris

Will it fit straight on? Would I need to change the master cylinder aswell?

straight fit, as long as your MC is the same type it will fit. the later cabrio/rocco mc is different i think?

my original servo is 7" one with a standard master cylinder, so would i have to get a different master cylinder to fit an 8" servo? also would it need modifying were it fits onto the linkage to the pedal? is it called the clevis pin? cheer matt

if the 8" one above is a mk1 tintop one then it should be fine, all mk1 servos fit the same at the back so no worries there
