running problem

Hi folks can some one please help me with this problem, when my engine is running it makes a chattering sound and it feels like a loss of power some times, im nt sure if i replace the dizzy or to try and get a weber carb? also if i have to replace the dizzy which piont do i go for? theres two on big boys toys the choice is either a bosch or a ducellier? thanks adam
