please help runnig problems

hi just wondering if anyone can help my car slowly started losing power now it will start but when try to rev it it will just burble and strugle to even rev up and idle its got a weber 32 34 on at the mo and couple people sed could be that iv had the timing done 2 time had fuel filter clean carb alot and jets new fuel pump plugs and lead and still the same can anyone help

Might be worth checking the fuel pump and making sure the fuel lines are clear.  Also by pass the swirl pot if you have one to check that.

The next is to check timing - keep the strobe on when started and see what happens when you try and rev it.

does it have points and a codensor? if so could need replacing?
