mpg increase

Hi all,

I've got a 1.3 and was just wondering if there is anything I could do to improve the fuel consumption? Currently getting around 30 to the gallon :?

It depends what type of journeys you are making. If short journeys, fully loaded, driven like an end of of bell 30 is OK. If gentle long distance criuses, one up, 30mpg is not so good.

Generally longish journey's

I drive my car like a absolute granny and don't have a roof rack etc. so think that 30 is a bit short!  :dontknow:
