hi big problem here can someone tell my the colours of wire for the temp sensor on the rad please

On what engine?

its a mk1 jetta 1.3 l on a x reg but i done a engine transplant and never marked the wires i never changed the loom

it should be black/blue and come through the bulk head on the passenger side in the same wrap as the coil live

That sounds like the temp sensor on the thermostat housing.

Do you mean the fan switch?  If so the wires are red with a black tracer. It doesn't matter which way round they go.

do you mean the both wires are blue/black or just 1 coz on my temp switch on my rad theres 2 wires thanks

Sorry mate the blue/black wire is the one that goes to the sensor on the back of the engine i think its the oil temp no sure.
The wires that you want one comes from the + on the battery which sould be red and the other one red/black and comes from the fan.
