head bolts

awrite ppl what tool and what size is it to take head bolts out on a 1.3 1982 engine

12 point splined key, not 100% sure on the size, think it might be a 12 but don't quote me on that.

You can use a 6-point "star drive" - but DON'T.

Remember you'll need a torque wrench to re-tighten them and it's a 3-stage tightening sequence - see a workshop manual for specifics.

If you ring GSF they should sell a pair of splined keys, one for the head and the other for the drive shafts. Like Steve said, don't even think about using anything other than these.
