H T Leads

Whats the difference between Copper Core HT Leads and High Resistance HT Leads? Intermotor issue two different types of Kit for my car and i dont know which ones suit best. Physically the Copper Core ones look like the ones with the heat shield ends similar to the ones that go on the Big Blocks and GTis, and the High Resistive have the rubber shrouded ends.... :dontknow:
