fan and fuel pump troubles

Hello boys

I have a little problem with my golf 1 81 1.3

problem 1
do not know how my radiator fan must be connected to the fuse box and which connector is used out in the engine compartment
because I get constant + now and run all the time.
what some wires to come from temeratur contact?
where do they go in the fuse box

how many relays must sit in my fuse box
and is one which has a picture of a Fusebox

Are there some who have had problems with mechanical fuel pumps ..
mine do not want to pump right or strong enough
