Engine Misfire (rough idle)

Hi there. So went out and bought my first MK1 1300 with four speed box. This after i was driving MK2 1800 carb for almost three years. Love the little car...but now is starting with problems...nothing to serious yet (i hope). Started to idle rough, replaced plugs, plug wires, coil pack, dizzy...to no availe...what i did notice was when pulling off either no.3 or no.4 plug lead she still idles...even when i pull both off...still idles...please help as i am at wits end with this prob...thanks...
