driver oil change, what amount of oil will it take?

i'm sure i read it somewhere but can't find it (tried search), its not in the haynes either.

3.5 litres with filter change, or 3 litres without. But as always, don't chuck it all in at once, just in case…give it time to settle to the bottom and then go by the dipstick (there's something like one pint difference between bottom mark and top mark on dipstick).

thanks a lot, i thought it was 3.5 but then i thought maybe it was 4.5 i read????
