Distributor Oil Leak?! Question...

Just a quick question…

Should a small amount of oil leak into the distributor? I'm not entirely sure if this is supposed to happen… from what i can see on the distributor itself there seems to be draining holes although i want to make sure as i'm about to fit electronic ignition and i don't it to affect this. If someone could enlighten me on this matter i would be most grateful.

Is this a 1.1 or 1.3 engine ? If it is, it's common to find a small amount of oil in there, usually caused by the seals leaking, replace as necessary

Its a 1.3, i just want to make sure.. so should i replace the seal then before fitting the electronic ignition?! There's definitely supposed to be no oil leaking into it then?!
