Cylinder head.

Hey all, good weekend at Bug Jam anyone?!
I was wondering, would a cylinder head off a 1.3 fit on my 1.1 block?
And also has anyone tried shoving a polo GT camshaft in the head, if so, what sort of performance difference did you get? I am assuming it would cam it up slightly, lobes look a little bigger.

Hard to know unless someones attempted it?

Might be an almost identical head with the displacement being the only difference between the engines.
Camshaft changes are a minefield for the unwary, its unlikely that just swapping a 1.3 cam into a 1.1 or vice-versa will do anything other than kill power/torque/economy/emissions or a combo of all the above.
In other words it has to be matched to the application and needs to be studied before you do it-or try to.
