Bike carbs on a original 1.3 engine
Has anybody fitted bike carbs to a original 1.3l series 1 engine, is it possible,
What would you need to change other than inlet manifold and rejetted carbs, also do they need rebalancing as often as twin carbs do,
Thanks,

Its the same as a GF engine, the only problem is blocking off the exhaust channels for the original inlet manifold. Either you can incorporate this into the bike carb inlet manifold or you can just have some alloy dowels pressed into the holes. It depends how permanent you want it to be
You need everything setting up at the same time, carbs balancing, jetting, needles adjusting, ignition timing. Someone who really knows what they doing is required for this, I went to Bogg Bros for mine and it came out singing! 8)

About the carbs from which model should i look for.
I found from Suzuki GSXR 750 (1995), and from Honda CBR600 (i think 1997), will one of thees work for me?
I forgot to tell i have GF engine.
Thanks
