Any good engine fettlers in Surrey/Sutton?

does anyone know of any one that can tune an engine in Surrey, as my 1.3 is generally a nice little engine - but is running a little rich, the idle is too low, and for the last week when i do a cold start i have to sit there for about 3 minutes or the car has no power (1st gear, foot flat on the floor = 2mph).
so basically i want someone who knows what they're doing to have a look at it. so given a little service/tune i reckon i'd be laughing
my mate has done the best he can, but he's a ford boy so doesn't know his way round a vw too well, and keeps moaning that he has to dig out his metric socket set.
