1100 --> 1300

Is it possible to bore 1100 engine block to 1300???

yeah, should be fine. Both the 1093cc and 1272cc engines were based on a polo block ( think it was 850cc) and were simply bored out in the first place to achieve the different engine capacities. May well be cheaper though to find a 1.3 engine and do an engine swap.

I have complet 1100 and i want to pull out some extra HP. I want to put carbs from Suzuki GSX-R 750
