1.3 solex carb to bike carbs

Hello all I've just brought a s2 golf 1.3 and I've always wanted to do the conversion I wanted to know what would be needed for the fueling

I have a spare polo gt engine I could fit I would want that on carbs to but need help with what parts would be needed and how to wire the vag dizzy setup, and what fueling would be needed and is it direct fit polo gt engine and box would my standard drive shafts fit fine

Either my original engine on carbs or gt lump Carbed
