1.1 golf carb rebuild

hi im woundering if there is anywere in glasgow that will rebuild and tune my carbs? i have a webber and a pierburg, my car seems to be running rough and now and again backfires and spits flames through carb intake or it puts the smoke through, im going to rebuild the head, steam seals and the lot.

so im looking for some were in glasgow as ill be out there is 3 weeks or so
