1.1 carb mount

How easy is this to take off and what tools are needed?
I'm thinking of buying a 1.1 and am pretty sure I'll need this fixed at the owners door. Just wanted to know what I need and how long to do? plus any pics if poss

I would seriously consider getting a Haynes if you are not familiar with taking a carb off. Mainly a case of disconneting carb, removing four studs and lifting it off. If you're lucky the gasket may come away as well. Alternatively the gasket may be struck to the inlet in which case you'll need to clean all the bits off. You must avoid letting anything drop into the inlet manifold.

If all it takes is 4 bolts then all easy. I'll take along a new gasket/seal and some thinners incase stuck on
