LeMan Classic.......

Kept meaning to post this!

I was fortunate enough to have a road trip to the LeMan Classic this year. Went up in a friends Aston Martin Vantage and Bentley Flying Spur. Throughout the journey I always being ribbed for wanting a Mk1 golf to be there. Turns out the Classic has a lot of stationary cars, with the selection of porsches parked up being the size of 5 football pitches! Anyway here are some of the pics tha includes a Mk1, along side a porsche Gt3 and De Tomaso Pantera! Amazing weekend with some amazing cars and racing, well worth the trip. Highlight was seeing the Ford GT40 pushing 100% over Dunlop bridge!

I am fully intending on taking mine there at some point. I've done the 24hr so need to see this one.

That black Pantera in the first pic is stunning, I love them!      

Its a lot quieter than the 24hr and with a much more relaxed atmosphere. The pantera was amazing and  quiet a few in different colours…..almost as cool as a Countach!
