Lazy Sunday @ Uttoxeter Sunday 31st July ** Photos**

Popped over to VW Actions Lazy Sunday at Uttoxeter Racecourse today, was a toss up between Malvern Classic car show or Uttoxeter………being as I had a little lie in this morning, Uttoxeter got the nod

As the show name suggests, it is a laid back affair, but I enjoyed the trip out and even suprised a few cars at the traffic lights with the TDI'd Mk1 on the way there  :2guns:  8) , bumped into quite a few people from the club and some faces/cars I haven't seen in a while.

Enough gabble, here's the photos from today……………..

Tis a tad local for Anna  :P , saw Dek briefly while waiting to be served for a cuppa, the Stokie lads from Stanford Hall stand (Mark had his freshly painted Black cabby on display, looks superb  8) ) Also the maroon 5 door with the webasto roof is a  Mk1 I haven't seen since club stand at Midland Festival of Transport in 2007/8 when a young couple had bought it for about £250 off an old lady and only had about 32,000 miles on the clock,…..it now has 40,000 miles on the clock and a new webasto roof after the present owner had it fly off on the motorway

Moonunit was yours the mk1 in the club display with the moon wheel trims?  If so, for some reason i cant find the photos I took of it  :dontknow: , will upload if I find where they are hiding on the computer  8)

Nice snaps Woz. Liking the Pistachio bay, looks very clean. Was that a For Sale sheet in the window? If it was how much was if going for???

What was the set up like compared to our event? Many traders, better siting of cars etc???

Pm me with details please.
