Dubmania June 6th 2010

Turned out a nice day, a few more cars on show than last year  :mrgreen: , bumped into quite a few people and was nice to meet IbizaSantos and his better half in their Sportsline, Kaz in his 15,000 mile, 1 owner cabby, the Potters VW Club  :wink:  and Corkygolf and Kim…..thanks for the coffee and use of the deckchair  :clap:  :clap:

It was good to meet you, sorry we did not say bye towards the end.
We had to leave it started raining about 3pm.  :cry:

We almost had enough for a club stand with 3 lol.

not to good mate ithink it was wrong show 4 the car being standard it seemed to be for modified not many standard vdubs there but i did enjoy the day some great cars there being me and the cars first show ever we where show vigins but met many nice people nice car mate hope to do better at mk1 annual gathering there is aclass for standard cabs are you going see ya dixie

Sorry to hear that dixie.  :cry: I know what your saying about those cars most off them are too new for a show and shine I just don't see how they can win against a mint cabby that is 20 years old.  It takes a lot more show and shine to keep a classic mint rather than a mk5 golf.

Never mind, i am sure the MK1 show will be great. We will be going for the whole weekend.  

Great pics, wasnt a bad day as said but think I'd done it all by lunchtime! I'd have given my mk1 a clean if i knew you were goin to take a pic!!

thats a notchback, fastbacks are shaped more like a hatchback.  :wink:

also see my van managed to get into the back of the one of the shots too  8)
