Deva Dubs @ Shrewsbury June 14th *Photos*

Just got back in from Deva Dubs and Hot Rods held at The West Mids Showground in Shrewsbury.
What a great show this continues to be, though fantastic weather helps   . Great choice of both air and water cooled Dubs, bumped into Kuc and Richair in the Show n Shine, GtiMad taking a break from trading and enjoying the weekend and LhasaDreams just as I was leaving the car park (love the sticker on the Mk1-"Rust is lighter than Carbon Fibre"  :lmao: )

Here's my photos from this afternoon………

My Favourite being this Moggy Pick Up……….

The owner had bought the Moggy 7 years ago, which was rotten, then bought a Toyota Landcruiser, removed the cab leaving the bulkhead and then mounted the Moggy front end, over the following 6 years it slowly evolved into what you see, though having got it on the road at the end of last year, he was mightly dissapointed with the 2.0l Toyota engine, so in the last 12 months he put a V8 in it, reckons it goes now   .  The Pick up body was his own design, going along the lines of the Moggy Traveller and the interior seats and door cards are from a Rover Metro, though he took the seating measurements from a Peugout 309, as he used to drive one and reckoned they had the seating arrangement in the most comfortable position, so the pedals, steering wheel distance and height etc are as you would get from sitting in a 309.

Anyhow, enough rambling, heres the photos, with the Moggy first……..

You could have spent the weekend jumping in and out of the River Severn and still been drier than the previous week  8O
