All Types Show May 15th 2011 *Photos...please add yours*

Sorry for taking 24 hours to put my limited photos up, but Sunday was a long day for myself………….but a very happy one too  

Well arrived at All Types at 5.30 pm on Saturday, just in time to take in the cruise to Colwyn Bay (they left just as I arrived, but caught up with them on the sea front).  Met up with Dell (D10NHH) and had a natter, then back to Bodwyddlan castle to set up camp.  Later on met up with MadGti and had a chat, then met some old friends in a splitty and spent the latter part of the evening talking to them  

Sunday was an early start, not intentional, just happened to wake up at 5.45am  8O , well got down to the show area, must say we had the best possible position this year, right at the front next to the Retro Display, so it was a great line up of Mk1's.

Mk1Dcky turned up in the biggest draw for the day…………a hard top Cabby  8)  8) , I've never seen one before, so was well impressed to see what it could do 8)

Oh, and the other reason, I'm smiling  = AFC Telford Utd 3 - Guisley 2 Blue Square North Play Off Finals

Nice pics Warren! counted 19 cars on the stand was a good day must have took your shots before the damp came in ( or did me and jetta bring the rain) looks like your day went well with a telford win!

had a great time at the weekend.sorry i didnt meet everyone or stay too long on sunday,i was pretty wacked,cold and wet after camping.got plenty of inspiration for my gti.

Saw the stand and definitely a good turn out and much better place than last year. Shame the weather wasn't as nice. Was gonna pop over ad ask if you fancied an extra car on the stand but I had to Leave about 1 on Sunday. And I definitely would of brought the standard down (White more door diesel with rusty bits)

I would have been happy to have a rusty 5 door diesel on the stand, got one myself and if I wasn't in the middle of doing some work on it, and if it wasn't necessary for me to get back to Telford pretty sharpish (ie before Telford match kicked off at 3pm) then it would have been proudly on the stand instead of the 16v…………….rusty cars makes the shinier cars look good  :mrgreen:  :mrgreen:
