Will new wheels fit?

Hi all…
Have seen some beautiful rims 13x7 ET-7 and am unsure of how much they'll stick out/in. 
Has anyone got any pics of their cars on rims this sort of spec? If so your suspension set up and tyre size info would also be helpful. Am planning to slam her and run 13's as ride really isn't an issue, purely looks!

With a low profile tyre I cant see why they wouldnt fit. Would give nice "poke" as well.  Someone may want to correct me on that though.

I love the slammed wide look especially on a Caddy. Is it a Caddy?  

No, unfortunately had to sell my beloved Caddy when my wife fell pregnant 2 years ago! Now we've got to the point where I've bought the family a Touran Sport and got our camper booked in for a complete resto my wife asked me if I wanted another 'toy' for myself…
So I bought a mk1 Golf! Love the small wheel/slammed Euro look so heading that way. The Caddy was on coilies, blocks and 13x8 Slotmags, about 1 3/4" of poke but I can't remember the ET of the rims!
