which brake servo (BMW?)

was going to do a servo upgrade but not sure on what would be best, been looking at BMW servos and they look the same fitment as the vw ones has anyone used them before. done it before with a mk3 gti one but was alot of work and ony has 2 bolts on the back of the servo, works well but would prefer not to do again. im taking a trip to the scrapyard soon so i want to know what i can get one off

Use MK2 GTI servo and master cylinder , follow the guide on the left of the site . Its a tried and trusted set up .

Never put a BMW servo on, but I have done a brake conversion using a Merc W124 brake servo and master cylinder. If you're looking for big/powerful ones, then might also be worth trawling around scrappies looking at 4x4s, these tend to be heavy so have good (big) brake setups as standard.

I will be fitting a clio servo and master cylinder soon its a mod that was used for a E30 bmw they used golf 16V servos first but apparently the clio servo is better
