Wheels again

Starting with a nice picture i found  

Looking at buying some wheels but do i buy wheels with a ET of 20 or 28 ?
Reason i ask is that reading some old posts the less the ET the more they may foul the arches ? I would have thought it was the other way round ?

So if i was buying some 7 X 15 Wheels what would be the best ET to go for 20 or 28 ? Using 195x45 Tyres , i don't want to mess with arches etc .

ET 28 mate.. the lower the ET offset the further the wheels will protrude.

I have BBS RS 7x15 et 25, you'll be ok lowering it too, but not panning it..

what alloys are you going for?
