wheel concerns? still. HELP
i've never changed wheels to alloys before so dont know what to expect.

With the wheel on, find the point where the thread catches, and count how many complete turns til it tightens.
Should be at least 7, pref ~10.
Check the alloys tappers to check no-one has tried to wind radiused bolts into it - not good.

I thought the reason a lot of after market locking nuts say they are not suitable for OEM alloy wheels was because the wheels are not connical tapper seats like most after market alloys.
ie original wheels should take a radius nut.
Sorry I know I am adding confusion to this, I have just checked a number of le castellet alloys I have and they do look to be radius seats.
apologies if I am wrong.

First thing to do would be to check the seats out and ensure you have the correct bolts to suit.
Then do the windy in bit……. ops:
