What is this that is broke?

Jacked up the bean tin to see what was underneath give it a once over.

In one of the struts, between the coils was what I think is the top mount or bumpstop.? A split double rubber donut;



and around the shock absorber was more plastic/rubber/poly bits;



Does this mean new susupension or new stuff at the top?  If so what can peeps recomend and where from?

New bump stops needed all round my friend,are your struts/shocks in good order? or are you running low set up?

Yup, is lower than standard.  Any recomendations on what type and where from to get?

should be fine on standard units. quick trip to GSF there only cheap. might be worth checking to mounts while your at it.
